Admission

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This will give you adequate time to complete the necessary sign-in procedures. You must bring a government-issued photo identification. Acceptable forms of identification include: state driver’s license, passport, military identification, state identification with photo, Immigration and Naturalization Service Employment Authorization Document or Alien Registration Card. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late, or without proper identification may be refused admission, and will have to call QRS Training to reschedule for a fee of $25.00.

Cancellation

Cancellation 48 hours or less, you will be subject to a same-day forfeit fee.  If you wish to cancel you must contact QRS no less than 2 business days, and customers will receive a 50% refund, minus purchased textbooks, shipping and handling. All course and exam fees are due for no-shows.

Reschedule

If you wish to reschedule your exam, you must contact QRS one (1) business day prior to your exam, a $25 fee per participant.  Rescheduling an exam less than one (1) business day is subject to a $50 fee per participant. In the unfortunate event that QRS Training, LLC cancels due to inclement weather or other circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule on a date that is accommodating to your needs at no additional cost.
