The ServSafe® Manager Online Course is an up to date, self-guided method to prepare to take the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Exam. The ServSafe® Manager Online Course is the industry standard, highest quality approach for your remote training needs and exam preparation. Years of experience, research and performance backed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
All purchases of the ServSafe® Manager Online Course are final. Once you begin the course, you will have 90 days to complete it, at which time the course will be deactivated.

IMPORTANT the room must be private and only the examinee allowed in the room from start to finish. The online proctor will have full remote access of your laptop and will observe the examinee with multiple security screenings. Check online reviews of ProctorU to see if this the right way for you to proceed. We will support and assist you with the detailed instruction of the process. Note: the test of the laptop device is essential and proper equipment and software is required to meet ANSI standards for exam administration. Extra fees may be imposed by ProctorU for expedited exam requests in under 24 hours or rescheduling appointments.

The ServSafe® Manager Certification Exam is available in English, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese.
This package allows you to take your ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Online Exam at any location and date where QRS Training is holding full day classroom and exam administration, your entrance would be 1- 2pm. This is an in-person method, proctor there by your side for a most supportive experience. To set the terms of service you will need to choose any of the local exam locations at purchase. When the online training is complete you would need to contact QRS Training LLC for final exam accommodation.
